Who we are

A lasting difference, where it's needed most.

Just4Aid is a UK registered charity working to improve lives and support communities in need. Through eye camps, clean water initiatives, education, school development and other essential aid, we tackle a range of needs and help build brighter futures for vulnerable communities.
Our eye camps show how we work: local volunteers and our trustees on the ground, qualified professionals delivering care, and generous supporters funding it all. Every patient is screened, treated and fed free of charge — and the same spirit runs through everything we do.

Our work

Many needs. One commitment.

We run a range of humanitarian projects, each one aimed at a real need in the communities we serve.

Eye camps

Free eye screening, medicines and cataract surgery, with food and water for every patient. Our eye camps have run since 2018.

Clean water

Helping communities gain reliable access to safe, clean water — one of the most basic needs of all.

Education

Supporting children and young people to learn, so they have the chance to build a better future.

School development

Improving schools and learning spaces, so communities have places where education can thrive.

Essential aid

Providing other essential support where it's needed most, shaped around the needs of each community.

Help us do more

Every donation helps us reach more people and create brighter futures for vulnerable communities.

Inside our eye camps

Care from the moment someone arrives.

Everything is free — for the patient and for anyone who comes with them.

Welcome & registration

Local volunteers greet every visitor and record their name, address and age before passing them to the medical team.

Eye examinations

Doctors carry out a full eye examination, a blood glucose check and a review of each patient's medical history.

Medicines & eye drops

Any medication or eye drops identified during screening are handed out on the spot, free of charge.

Cataract surgery

Patients who meet the clinical criteria are operated on by fully qualified surgeons in a sterile theatre built for the camp.

Follow-up aftercare

Patients come back for structured follow-up sessions so doctors can check that their eyes are healing well.

Food & water

Free meals and water for every patient and the family members with them, for the whole of the camp.

Past event · October 2019

Three days in Sahiwal.

Our second eye camp welcomed around 3,000 people — and it took a whole community to run it.
The venue was donated by a private supporter. Volunteers registered every patient, doctors screened and treated them, surgeons operated in a purpose-built sterile theatre, and our kitchens kept everyone fed from morning to night.

Our donation policy

Every penny goes to the camp.

Just4Aid runs a strict 100% donation policy. Everything you give goes directly to the camp — its operations, medical supplies and patients. Our administrative costs are covered separately, so none of your donation is spent on them.
