Our mission

Making a lasting difference.

We’re committed to making a lasting difference by addressing a variety of needs and creating brighter futures for vulnerable communities.
Our eye camps are where much of this began. Since our first camp in October 2018, we’ve brought qualified doctors, volunteers and supplies together so that people can be examined, given medicines and, where needed, have cataract surgery — all free of charge.
Alongside our eye camps, we support clean water initiatives, education, school development and other essential aid. In 2026 we return to Sahiwal for our next eye camp.

Our work

Many needs. One commitment.

We run a range of humanitarian projects, each one aimed at a real need in the communities we serve.

Eye camps

Free eye screening, medicines and cataract surgery, with food and water for every patient. Our eye camps have run since 2018.

Clean water

Helping communities gain reliable access to safe, clean water — one of the most basic needs of all.

Education

Supporting children and young people to learn, so they have the chance to build a better future.

School development

Improving schools and learning spaces, so communities have places where education can thrive.

Essential aid

Providing other essential support where it's needed most, shaped around the needs of each community.

Help us do more

Every donation helps us reach more people and create brighter futures for vulnerable communities.

How we work

Built by people who show up.

Every Just4Aid project is a partnership between our trustees, local volunteers, skilled professionals and generous supporters. Here’s how that works at our eye camps.

Trustees on the ground

Our trustees work alongside volunteers to prepare each site before the camp opens and to clear it away afterwards.

Local volunteers

Volunteers from the local community welcome and register every patient and keep the camp running smoothly.

Qualified medical teams

Fully qualified doctors and their staff carry out every examination and operation, in a sterile theatre prepared for the camp.

Donated venues

In 2019, a private donor provided the site and its facilities entirely free of charge — so more of every donation reached patients.

100%

Our 100% donation policy

What you give is what the camp receives.

Our camps are funded through public donations. Every penny goes directly to the camp’s operations, medical supplies and patients. Administrative costs are covered independently, so they never come out of your donation.

Our story so far

From one camp to a bigger vision.

Each camp has been larger and better organised than the last. Here’s where we’ve been, and where we’re going.

2018

Our first eye camp

In October 2018 we held our first eye camp in Sahiwal. Over three days more than 2,000 people attended, and doctors carried out 326 surgeries and treated many minor ailments — all free of charge, and all managed and run by our volunteering trustees.

2019

Three days in Sahiwal

Our second camp ran from 26 to 28 October 2019 and welcomed around 3,000 attendees, with screening, cataract surgery, aftercare and free meals.

2026

Back to Sahiwal

Our next eye camp takes place in Sahiwal from 30 October to 1 November 2026.

Next

Bigger things ahead

We plan to grow — more camps and larger projects that reach even more people.
